Cathy was born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. She opened her own business in 1982 doing property management. She got interested in real estate right after that. She got her license in 1985 and quickly became the Rookie of the Year for Realty World in Southern California. Through the years she has had the privilege to help 100′s of new homeowners and many are still clients today. She has handled REO (bank owned) properties for over 15 years. Cathy is married and has 4 children and 1 granddaughter and soon a grandson. The family enjoys the Colorado River, Skiing, fishing and most of all outdoor sports. Cathy is also licensed with the State of Arizona.
