Kathy Boyer is a licensed real estate broker that has been in the real estate business since 1981 and is focused on serving the client.

She started out as a secretary for a mortgage company and learned the mortgage business to become a top producer.  For 14 years worked as a retail loan officer she enjoyed helping clients purchase a home, refinance their home, or help investor’s with their investments such as Commercial buildings, Mult-unit, Church’s, or Construction loans.

Then in 1995, she switched gears and was hired as a Branch Manager and dedicated herself working on the “wholesale” side of the mortgage business.  In this position, she worked with Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Mortgage Brokers helping them close their loans whether it was for purchasing or refinancing of single family residences up to 4 units.  Working with a multimillion dollar company, she was hands on from the beginning process of the loan to working directly with the underwriting department, appraisal department, document department to the funding department to make sure the clients loans closed in a timely and smooth manner.

Southland Properties has been in business for over 20 years and is owned by Gary Boyer, her husband. In 2007, Kathy joined Garyto help manage and grow the company. Our goal is to make sure that our customers in the Glendora community and surrounding area get the best customer service around.   We strive to provide our clients with honesty, integrity and the best value available in the market.
