Born and raised in Bellevue, WA (near Seattle), Dennis ventured to Southern California to attend Azusa Pacific University in 1980 to play basketball and sing in the choir. After graduating in 1984 with a degree in education, he began teaching full-time and working on his master's degree. In the midst of teaching, in 1985 he obtained his real estate license with a friend and began working at Century-21 part-time. By 1987, Dennis decided that real estate was where he was meant to be. He went full-time, moving to Southland Properties when his mentor, Bob Doornik, opened the new office that year. In 1997, Dennis obtained his Broker's license and in 2000 he added loan broker to his repertoire.

Dennis has assisted over 400 hundred buyers & sellers primarily in the East San Gabriel valley, but as far away as Hollywood, Long Beach and Fontana. He has experience in many areas and price ranges, but has particular expertise in town homes & condominiums, having sold more than 150. In the last 5 years, he has brokered more than 50 loans for valued clients on purchases and re-finances. Dennis has been blessed to work for so many wonderful people. Over 90% of his business comes from personal contacts, previously satisfied clients or referrals entrusted by others.
