Tracy Dennett was born and raised in Glendora, California. She attended Hope Lutheran School through 8th grade, started at Western Christian High School and ultimately graduated from Glendora High School in 1979. During her young years, Tracy was an avid competition baton twirler receiving California and United States titles. Retiring the baton, she went on to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly, Pomona and graduated in 1984. She then completed a Professional Management Program at USC in 1986.
During college, she worked part-time as a credit specialist and after graduation obtained a position as a credit manager. From 1984 through 2001, she spent much of her working life in credit and accounts receivable management. She also has experience in product management and marketing.
Tracy took up the practice of yoga in 1996 and found a new passion. She became a certified yoga teacher in the summer of 2000, completing teacher training at The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, California. She opened her own yoga studio, Village Yoga in Glendora, in 2001 and has spent the last few years teaching yoga privately and to groups. She also holds a certification in yoga therapy obtained at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles in 2006. She continues to practice, study and teach yoga part time. She enjoys helping people and being a part of something that makes a positive difference.
Newly licensed, Tracy is excited to begin her career in real estate. She loves meeting and working with people and is looking forward to helping them with their real estate needs. Her business background and enjoyment of people will be assets in this endeavor.
Tracy is the proud mom of two teenagers. William is a senior at Glendora High School and plans to pursue a college degree in business and finance. He is also very involved in theatre and plays the guitar. Cassie is a sophmore at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts where she is following her passion of dance. She also dances at Encore Performing Arts here in Glendora.
