Lucas Chavez is a conscientious realtor devoted to his clients’ success. Lucas was born and raised in West Covina, CA. Growing up in the San Gabriel Valley, he chose to remain close to family while furthering his education at Azusa Pacific University. Upon graduation, Lucas joined his long-time friend in a new business venture within the luxury design/ swimming pool construction industry. It was during this tenure that Lucas found a new passion for entrepreneurship and identifying a property’s potential through design and construction. Prior to real estate, Lucas has designed hundreds of properties bringing to life the potential clients did not think possible. Understanding of design and construction processes has enabled Lucas to bring a new perspective when clients are searching for a new home, maximizing the sale price of their own, or simply in the market for a “diamond in the rough” investment opportunity.
