The annual Glendora Christmas Parade is on Saturday, December 13th and begins at 9:00 AM! Southland will be participating as usual with our festive golf carts — please meet at the office by 8:00 AM to get ready and line up. Use the link to RSVP.

The Glendora Holiday Stroll is back in the Village on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 6:00–9:00 PM! Southland Properties will be participating again this year, and we’re excited to bring some festive cheer.

In the past we’ve hosted things like a snow machine, hot chocolate, and even a holiday movie in the parking lot. This year, we’d love to hear your suggestions on what Southland should do to make it fun and memorable for the community.

Join us on Wednesday, November 19th at 9:30AM at Southland Properties for our annual Goals & Objectives meeting, with a twist!

This year we’re combining business planning with a little creativity and intention setting during a Vision Board Workshop. We’ll reflect on 2025, plan for the year ahead, and design visual boards to bring our 2026 goals.

We’ll have breakfast ordered in (and mimosas too 🥂), plus all the basics, boards, magazines, and printouts. Please bring in specific items or photos personal to you that you’d like to include on your vision board.

On Friday, November 7th from 1–3 PM, Southland agents/staff will be heading to Williams Elementary to help sort canned and boxed food for the Holiday Basket Program hosted by the Glendora Community Coordinating Council—a tradition Gary Boyer has supported for years. We’ll be working together to give back, just like we do each season when we collect donations in front of our office.

GHS Homecoming Parade is October 17th at 4pm! Glendora Ave will be closed from Carroll to Leadora on Friday, Oct 17th from 1:30–5PM for the parade. Expect traffic delays near downtown—plan ahead if you’ll be in the area!

The Glendora Community Services Foundation is hosting its 5th Annual 0.5k Walk, “The Run for the Rest of Us”! This 21+ event kicks off on Saturday, September 20 with a SHOTgun start, followed by a leisurely stroll up Glendora Ave ending at Bennett Ave. Stick around after for food, music, ice cream, and a spot to cash in your two free drink tickets. Pre-sale begins Friday, August 1 and runs through 12:00pm on event day.

(Southland is not contributing this year, but if you’re in the office that day, it could be a fun community event to check out!)
